We are committed to total customer satisfaction and confidence in the quality of our products, which is why we provide you with a three-year warranty.

We are sorry that if you return or exchange the product, you should have been satisfied with the product  as a consumer. Please let us know in your email which aspect failed to satisfy you so that we can improve our work, thanks. 

Now, if you shop on, HouDeOS will provide you with a lifetime service.

Of course, if you purchased HouDeOS products on Amazon but are not satisfied with the service, you can still contact us directly, because is the official direct store of HouDeOS.


If within 30 days of purchase, and you'd like to exchange your items for something else, the best way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time. Charge of shipping and handling is not refundable. 


If within 30 days of purchase, any product you buy from HouDeOS does not meet your expectations, you can return the product to us for a refund. All returned items must be in new condition including instructions,packaging and accessories. 

It generally takes 1 to 3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. Once the return is processed you will get an email confirmation.

We do not charge restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by defect or that we shipped a wrong item. If the original order was offered free or discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

About warranty

We provide a three-year warranty service for product quality issues. In addition to the three-month warranty for the battery (if any). For damage caused during use, you can contact us to purchase accessories at a relatively affordable cost.

If the replacement parts cannot be solved, you can send it back to our local service address for repair or repurchase at a discount of more than 50% or provide you with other solutions.

Attentive service, customer satisfaction is our service tenet, no matter how long you have purchased.
